Welcome the goodness of nature with our organic Mishri. Also known as rock sugar, Mishri is an unrefined form of sugar in crystals. Mishri has been replacing table sugar because of its health benefits. Our Mishri is made from sugarcane juice and sap of palm tree by boiling and pouring the thick concentrate into drums. The solution dries around the threads already placed inside the drums. Crystals are formed as a result of cooling. Crystallization makes it easily digestible and leaves a cooling effect on the body. Mishri, known as Sita or Khanda Sharkara in Sanskrit, is a coolant and has Vata; Pitta reducing properties according to Ayurveda. We take great pride in making Mishri without using any chemicals.
