Ingredients: Organic Black Leaf with Organic Turmeric, Liquorice, Tulsi

Benefits:

Directions for Use:

(1) Boil a cup of water and simmer
(2) Add 2 teaspoons of tea leaves and bring to a boil
(3) Add 6 tablespoons of milk and boil again on low heat
(4) Remove from flame and let is steep, cover with a lid for the flavours to assimilate. Strain and serve.
