Our Ghee is a reserved adaptation of “Ghrta” from Rigvedic times. It is made from Desi Cow’s Milk (Gorasa). Our Cows are left free to graze highly nutritious and fresh Super Napier (only organic grass breed) which is grown using a single fertilizer called “Jeevamrutham” in the farms of Devbhoomi, Uttarakhand. Our Ayurvedic process of preparing ghee involved 5 sanskaras of Bilona which are prescribed by Vedas.We do all this on a full moon day (Purnamasi) to ensure that you get 100%benefits from consuming the purest ghee of nature.
To maintain the healthy probiotic digestive system of cows, the leftover buttermilk after extracting butter will be fed to cows.
