1. Reduce acne.
Neem oil has anti-inflammatory properties
and anti-bacterial properties that help
reduce the appearance of acne. You can
add a dab of neem oil to coconut oil
and apply to areas where acne is a
concern. It will reduce redness as well as
fight off further infection.
2. Reduce the redness of eczema.
Neem oil has anti-inflammatory properties
and anti-bacterial properties that can also
help with the redness and swelling that
occurs as a result of eczema. Add a dad
of neem oil to your daily moisturizer,
almond oil, or coconut oil and apply it to
areas of concern for relief.
3. Improve oral health.
A dad of neem oil can be added to
toothpaste, and it will help keep the mouth
clean from bacteria as well as reduce any
gum inflammation or redness. Neem oil
should not be ingested however, so wash
and spit/rinse as you would with basic
toothpaste.
4. Repel insects.
Insects despise neem! Many gardeners
like using neem to keep pests off their
plants. Just a few dabs of neem around
the base of the plant can make a huge
difference. You can even dab neem oil on
pulse points to keep bugs from biting you.
