This bilona ghee is made in small batches using fresh A2 milk of free grazed Rathi & Sahiwal cows ( native arid region breeds of Rajasthan). Unlike the factory processed ghee (that is obtained from cream, not curd), our A2 ghee is prepared through a traditional bilona process where fresh curd is hand-churned till Makhan ( butter) rises to the surface and gets separated from curd ( buttermilk). Butter is further heated on slow flame & to get pure ghee.
