Our Hemp Hearts are nutritious and rich in essential fatty acids omega 6 & 3. Fatty acids in Hemp Hearts are 3 :1, which is the ideal ratio. At this ratio, these fatty acids help to support healthy cholesterol levels, immune system function, and regulate metabolism.

Hemp Hearts are also known as dehulled Hemp. They are the richest source of Protein, Omega-3 and Minerals as compared to other seeds like chia or flax. Our Hemp Hearts contain over 80% of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). It has anti- inflammatory properties, manages weight, balances hormones and alleviates stress & anxiety.

Hemp hearts can be eaten straight out of the bag. You can sprinkle on cereal, salads, yogurt. Also, you can blend them into your drinks (water, milk, healthy smoothies) imparting a nutty flavour.
