A picturesque village nestled atop lush hills, Hee Patal houses the esteemed Seremna Bold — India’s most premium black cardamom. Grown around the Hee Patal and Hee Bazar areas, this cardamom is of the Gol Dana variety and takes two years to mature. Harvested in October and November, these pods are either dried by sun or in a traditional bhatti.
