Ghee is made in the Ayurvedic method called BILONA method, where the A2 desi cow milk is first cultured to curd. Then, butter is churned out from the curd. Then, it is melted on a low flame to get ghee. 16L of milk is needed to make 500g of 'bilona' ghee. This method removes all lactose present in the milk.
